During our tour you will visit the well-preserved Baroque old town, called Tvrđa (the citadel), surrounded by the 18th-century architecture. In the centre of the citadel, around the Holy Trinity Square, there can be found: the church of St. Michael, the Franciscan Monastery, the baroque column of Holy Trinity, the St. Cross Church, remains of city walls, the monumental brick church of St. Peter and St. Paul. Our proffesional English-speaking guide will introduce you to eventful history of the city. Then, you will take a walk through the most representative street in Osijek – the European Avenue, which presents one of the best-preserved ensembles of Art Nouveau houses. You will also go along the Promenade on the Drava River which is full of charming cafes, restaurants and bars.
